What is coaching?

Coaching is a confidential process whereby the coach assists the coachee to:

  • Reach goals
  • Change the mindset

For the COACHING PROCESS to achieve results it is important that the following conditions are present:

1. The realization of the coachee or the client that a change is necessary,

2. The willingness to change what needs to be changed.

3. The capacity and skills to change. If not, change your mentality, take training.

4. The awareness that change takes time and can come in different forms.

5. The discipline to stick to the plan and not to give up!
